Today I finished week 3 of the C25K program. Week 3 was harder then I thought. especially this morning. 15 seconds in my first interval and I thought I was dying. I was even considering turning around and call it a day… but I didn’t!
I just plowed through it and finished the session with better numbers then the previous runs for week 3. My legs are still burning but at least I completed week 3! Week 4 will be interesting:
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
* Jog 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
* Walk 1/8 mile (or 90 seconds)
* Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
* Walk 1/4 mile (or 2-1/2 minutes)
* Jog 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
* Walk 1/8 mile (or 90 seconds)
* Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
Wow good job! And congrats on the perseverance to push through!
I’ve had to take a break this week due to my new tattoo, but next week I’m picking it up again. Repeating one week 2 run and then back to week 3!
