Rare individuals like you--those with the wit and heart to volunteer as solutions providers--compensate for all the web-rabble and bug-ridden/cross platform nonsense which plagues online efficiency for us all.
BRAVO--Thanks VERY much!

You have a great site! I've just started running - motivated by a friend who did the Couch to 5K program. I hope by next year, I too will be a One Hour Runner!

Thanks very much. All my clients send me .docx files, very annoying (the files, not the clients!). This is a big help.

I did the same thing. I signed up for the R&R 1/2 in San Antonio in November. You looks like you are a slightly better runner than me, but I'm optimistic that I'll pull this off.

Hi there,
I am planning on going to lake Sonoma soon and was looking for some insight on what the good campgrounds are there (there are so many!). We plan on canoeing in so probably don't want anything to the extremes of the lake.

Anyways, any input you could provide is greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
Kyle

Hey,

I was trying to find pictures of the painted benches in santa rosa, done by artstart. I found your blog with a bunch of photos of the benches. I participated in the program for 2 years. One of my benches is actually on your photo album. Were you a part of artstart and did you paint one of the benches? I've been trying to find pictures of the benches from the original group who worked on the Prince Memorial Greenway project. The second year they ran the program, someone decided to switch it to a program (artstart) that is also found in different areas of the country. Anyway, if you have any pictures of benches that aren't on here, I'm curious if there's anyway to see them? I'm also curious if you were a part of the program. Hope to hear back!
